** The current version of the Tampa Bay Regional Planning Model (TBRPM v7.1) runs under the Cube Voyager 5.1.2 environment.

Licensed users can download the Cube Voyager 5.1.2 version from FSUTMSOnline.  If assistance is needed, please contact Diana Fields or Vladimir Majano of the FDOT Systems Planning Office for information regarding the Cube Voyager 5.1.2 download and license.

Licensed users should be aware that Cube Voyager 5.1.2 is not compatible with ArcGIS 10, and these programs should not be installed together.  The TBRPM v7.1 will run under a current version of Cube Voyager 5.1.3 with ArcGIS 10.  The 5.1.3 version can be obtained from Hoyt Davis at Gannett Fleming for licensed users.

Installation:

  1. Unzip download to C:\FSUTMS\D7\
    The TBRPM_7.1 model directory will be created automatically
    This download includes all datasets as well

  2. All dataset inputs exist only in the scenario folders (under Year_2006_Base directory)
    There are no more input directories

Troubleshooting:

  • Verify that .CAT files are registered with Windows as Cube files not Microsoft Security Catalog.

  • Check Internet Explorer options to verify that HTML executables are allowed.
