Installation:

Unzip download to C:\ only
The FSUTMS\D7\TBRPM_7.0 model directory will be created automatically
This download includes all datasets as well
All dataset inputs exist only in the scenario folders (under Year_2006_Base directory)
There are no more input directories

Troubleshooting:

Verify that .CAT files are registered with Windows as Cube files not Microsoft Security Catalog.
Check Internet Explorer options to verify that HTML executables are allowed.
